Welcome to Foodalyse! Please read these Terms of Use completely which is owned and operated by Green Tribe Inc. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Foodalyse Application (“Services”).
By using or accessing the Services in any way, viewing or browsing the content, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please see also our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The original data come from open licence databases publicly offered by ADEME and ANSES. Green Tribe Inc. has modified the original data for the purpose of the Services. You agree not to hold Green Tribe Inc., ADEME, or ANSES responsible for the accuracy, completeness or efficacy of the data offered by the Services.
The data displayed in the Services are not linked to any brands. All food items are general products representing types of food items. This means that the food items and their respective nutritional facts and environmental impact present in the Services do not correspond to any manufacturers, providers, suppliers, brands, or retailers.
We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our Services.
Indemnification
You assume all risks related to changes in your diet. Green Tribe Inc. cannot be hold responsible for your personal health, changes in your habits and your environment.
Intellectual Property
The Services and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Green Tribe Inc., and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Changes To This Agreement
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Choice of Law And Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of any jurisdiction. Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of these Terms of Use and/or your use of the Services must be resolved in the federal courts situated in the province of Ontario. You agree to the personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of these courts.
